Disappointing Service

I always order online as it is convenient for me I don't like waiting in queues , I have ordered on the debonairs app just to find out they never even received my order the never made my order but I got confirmation of the order when I went to go collect it I literally had to wait for them to prepare it. I was not impressed by Debonairs Tsakane Mall there was no sense of urgency
