Disappointing Pizza, even more disappointing management.

On January 21st I ordered a Pizza with my boyfriend's App, Order #***0. It was a Large Club Double Stack Pizza with extra garlic. Firstly there was no extra garlic. And the Double stack was totally empty (I have pictures to prove it). Mind you, I have ordered this pizza dozens of times and this is the first time I've been this disappointed. I called the store manager and she told me that's just the way it's supposed to be and that's just unacceptable to me. Please advise.
