Disappointing Experience with Triple Decker Pizza - Liberty Promenade Debonairs

I'm writing to express my disappointment and disgust with the triple decker pizza I ordered from Debonairs Liberty Promenade on Saturday. The pizza looked nothing like the pictures, and to my surprise, there were NO toppings on it! I paid R200 for this, and it was a total waste of money.

The crust was hard like cardboard, and my kids were super disappointed. I've had a similar experience with Debonairs before, and it's getting frustrating.

Please look into this and sort it out. I'd appreciate a response on how you'll prevent this from happening again.
