Disappointing Experience with Khayelitsha Debonairs Service

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent experience with your Khayelitsha branch. I placed my pizza order at 14:43 on October 27, 2024, and after waiting for over an hour, I called your call center at 16:21 to inquire about my delivery. I was placed on hold for more than 15 minutes, and although an agent eventually got back to me, my pizza was delivered only at 17:07.

To add to my frustration, the pizza was cold and bland upon arrival. This experience has left me feeling that I wasted both my time and money. I expected better service from Debonairs, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of attention to customer care at your Khayelitsha location.

I strongly urge potential customers to think twice before ordering from this branch until significant improvements in service are made.
