Disappointing By Poor Sevice

I bought a triple Decker pizza for me and my colleagues only to find it was Off, when i took the pizza back the staff gave me an attitude and refused to take it back i then asked to speak to the manager and a lady called Tracy came and also gave me attitude and said she will not be able to give me a new pizza because the pizza had been eaten. i then asked her to smell and taste the pizza herself and she refused and told me that she can only make me a Real deal pizza. i then asked her what am i suppose to do with a real deal pizza when i payed R104.99 for a pizza and its not my fault i was sold something that's off. i then refused to take the real deal pizza and left since i could see that the argument isn't going anywhere and im on my lunch break. im very disappointed and frustrated.
