Disappointed with Debonairs Stanger !

We ordered and had a delivery from Debonairs Pizza in Stanger. When the driver got here my husband swiped his bank card and the machine declined but the money was deducted out of the account, the driver said we would need to swipe the card again because it declined and that the money would be reversed so we did and the same thing happened again , to which the driver said that the money would be reversed and he couldn't leave the order because it declined again. My husband then used another card of his with a different bank to which it declined AGAIN . already R480 gone off our accounts for a R160 order . The driver said that if the money was not reversed my husband should come into the store and they would refund his money . He swiped his card the 4th time and the transaction on the machine said approved. After two days there has still not been any reversal of the funds and my husband went to Debonairs and they told him he needs to go to the bank and get a statement . This is very unfair and unacceptable . We now need to take time off our busy lives to go into the bank to get them a statement ! They need to get their machines sorted or this is just **************** !
