Disappointed with Debonairs service

I phoned ordered a pizza at Caltex garage Dundee at 16:30 and specifically said I will collect my order at 17h00 I got delayed and went to collect at 17:30 when I arrived I was told my order was not ready hence order was done an hour ago and I was told to leave and come back later. Okay I went to my place and came back at 18:30 and again my order was not ready and the lady in the kitchen only started to make my pizza immediately. With no explanation or apology or anything I was told to wait they are making my order now and I’m supposed to again wait because for some no reasons they decided not to do my order. I’m so disappointed with the service especially when they is no remorse shown or atleast being told what caused the delay
