Disappointed with Debonairs!

Placed my order at 18:37 at Debonairs Escombe, waited until 19:30 and called the call center back to ask for a follow up on the order. They advised me that deliveries close at 19:00 and I made her aware that I had placed my order way before that time. She put me on hold for about 15 minutes and then put me through to wrong store!!! Absolutely horrible service from Debonairs Escombe and Call center!!!
