disappointed in service and knowledge
On Saturday 26 September 2016, we went to buy pizza for supper, on arrival at Debonairs Westgate mall Mitchells plain, wei ordered my pizza then passed my debit card to the cashier which she looked at and went to the manager, I heard her mentioned something about a pin for these cards, the cashier came back and refused my sale as they do not accept my debit card, which infact is a Fnb islamic finance debit card, this card needs a pin and is exactly the same as a normal debit card only it's within islamic values. The manager then comes and says that the \ owner of the franchise does not want them to accept these cards
