Disappointed, dissatisfied

I'm so disappointed. Ordered a large Hawaiian with single extra mozzarella and this is what we got, dry and def no extra cheese. Ordered from the wonderpark branch. The Tikka chicken was also bland. Order 412. This was on Saturday last week. I tried to call the store but no success and also posted on Twitter but no response. I'd love what I ordered or my money back.
