Disappointed customer

We have placed an order at 17:04 now is 20:38 our order is not delivered.Called them at 17:23 and they said they are on the way.18:18 we called again and there was no response.Called the last time at 18:53 no response.Really don't know if they are not interested serving us.Maybe our business is not important to them.They could have just called to let me know if they won't be able to deliver so I can make other means for supper.Please value every customer.I'm disappointed
