Disappointed customer

I ordered pizza at 18:03from the Debonairs @Ormonde, when I tried tracking my order I was told there's a delay due to the rain which is understandable. The rain had cleared eventually and only received my order over one hour after the rain stopped which was at 19:50.

Not only did I wait long but the pizza was cold and I did not receive my full order.

In future I'd rather order from a different Debonairs franchise.
