Disappointed customer

Yesterday i called the tongaat branch at 6:40 only to receive my food at 8:35 which on top off that the delivery guy comes with a card machine thats not charged... We called the store spoke to Eugene who was off on help about anything, we called him 3 times he made excuses and cut the call, what kind of people do youl employee.Being a loyal customer every week i received such horrible and bad service
