Disappointed Client

Good day,

I ordered 2 death by chocolate desert (delivery order) this morning (12:00) when they arrived I realized that they were dry, I had ordered this desert a million times before and this was not it, I was not sure if it was dry because it’s old or what was happening.

When I called to complain, I was told by the manager that this is what desert looked like, shockingly after she told me if I wasn’t happy with the order I must bring it back.

The main purpose of me ordering a delivery was because I wasn’t able to go physically to the shop and now I was meant to take the order back myself IMAGINE!

After the manager told me she didn’t have drivers to collect the desert, I told her that I would wait till she had one coming my side. At 18:35 I decided to call back the shop, the manager told me again to bring the order. I’m very shocked that for the rest of the day there has been no drivers to come collect and why she didn’t call me to explain, she is only telling me this because I called them.

I am not happy with the service, attitude and problem solving s**** your manager showed. I fail to understand why if we as customers choose you as one of the best we should endure such unprofessional behavior.

It’s almost 19:00 and I’m still waiting for a driver to collect the order or correct or refund me.
