Disappointed by service

I placed my online order at 18:56 for collection, when I got to the restaurant at 19:35 to pay my order was not ready. No one knew what’s happening with my order, after asking a few times they asked if anyone called me to tell me that there’s no mushrooms. No one had called me. That was when they started preparing my order at 19:35. I got my order at 19:57 an hour later with no apology or anything to show that they are sorry
