Disappointed by Debonairs services

Yesterday we ordered a pizza online, we choose the delivery option. We received a call 10mins later saying that they cant deliver in our location the is no Debonairs that's close by, bare in mind they have deducted the amount. They cancelled our order and we have not received funds back. And no one has called even now. What kind of service is that????
