Disappointed by Debonairs Pizza

I ordered pizza from Debonairs Mhluzi mall at 15h30 it was not delivered in 40 minutes and then an hour later, l called the store and they said it was supposed to be delivered within 40 minutes and they will escalate the matter. 2 hours later l still haven’t received my order and l can’t even track it online because their system is down 🤦🏽♀️ no communication from the store even after l called. It has been 2 hours and 40 minutes and l still haven’t received my order 🚮🚮🚮
