Disappointed

I’ve never experienced such horrible service my whole entire life. I’ve been in touch with the customer care service more then 10 times and as soon as I explain myself my call gets dropped. As soon as I get transferred my call gets dropped. This is absolutely ridiculous and I’ve never been more frustrated with the customer service I’ve received. Like I stated on my last call I would like to cancel the order I will not be collecting it and I would like to get refunded for it this is honestly ridiculous
