Disappointed and hungry

I placed an order with the sunninghill branch at 19:18 on the 12/07/21 and the order was accepted and confirmed. About 40 minutes in I called to find out if my order was made and should it be on my way. The manager assured me that it was ready and a driver would be with me soon. I couldn't track on the app so I kept calling the manager and she called back about a further 15 making this an hour later to say the my order was outside, I rushed cause it was freezing and I find that there is no driver. I called her back and she gave me the drivers number and that went straight to voicemail, I attempted a couple of times and still the same. While still outside I called her and she said she would try callng again. She promised me a call back so I stood outside waiting and she didn't get back to me. I have further called and my call has been rejected and I presume my order was cancelled or whatever may it be. Realy disappointed in the store and the manager Nthabiseng.
