disappointed

I order my pizza and promised that it would get delivered in 40-45 minutes. An hour later I call to check how far my pizza is and they have no idea. It takes them about 5 minutes to actually figure out which order is in question. Then I am told it is on its way. 30 minutes later my order arrives and my pizza is cold....disappointing.
