Disappointed

So... Today (27/07/2024)my kids decided that they're going to have pizza for dinner... Mind you it's a school night... I told them that, okay maybe we have 15min...at 18:27 since we ordered the pizza... At 19:10pm I call the manager to ask how long does it take to make a pizza, she told me 7min,but I was surprised that we had to wait this long for a pizza... And Debonairs in Rustenburg always has this very unprofessional service... The staff there is rude, they'd even tell you to relax, you're not the only customer... I'm so disappointed...when my kids eventually fetch the pizza, the lady took the slip from the kids and threw it away, I had to tell the kids to go back and demand the slip back, they took out of the bin...
