Disappointed

Extremely disappointed i ordered pizza for delivery after 2 hours of waiting called they kept on telling me its on its way cancelled the ordeer asked for refund they keep transferring me to line that are not answered had to go to store the manager pointed fingers saying it wasnt her fault said she processed the refund which will be kn my account in 24hours its been two days now following up but when they hear what happen they put me on hold and then drop the line.. I want my money back
