Disappointed

I'm highly disappointment in the services I got from Debonairs Pizza Columbine Square . I placed an order on Saturday 20/10/2018, 19:20 and I was told that my ordered will be delivered in the next 40 mins. I called after 45 mins and I was told that the order normally takes 40- 50 mins and that the driver is on the way. I called again 1 h 15 mins later and was told that the driver is on the way I asked for the driver's number and I called him but he did not answer. I called again at 1: 20 mins when the driver got to my place and I told him about your quality promise "OUR QUALITY PROMISE To live up to our high standards and ensure you receive the hottest and freshest pizzas, we've created the unique Hot or Not Dot.

When we present you with your pizza, if the dot is red, your pizza's hot and fresh; if it's black, your pizza's FREE." I told me that if it is cold outside you don't leave up to your quality promise . And the driver Adam told me to call the store and I did and I was transferred to the manager Thuli Ndlovu and she was rude, no customer service s****s. She said I quote "somethings the order takes 3 - 4 hours our customers know that". and she told me that there was one driver available today and she refereed me to your website she told me that your quality promise does not apply if its cold. And I am on your website and I'm not seeing that. Then I drove to the same place to buy myself the pizza and to my surprise there we 2/ 3 drivers when I got there . Is that the way you deal with customers. she does not know how to deal with customer. And she asked to speak to the driver using my phone at my experience and the driver laid and told her that the pizza was hot yet we both saw that the dot was black. Your manager Thuli Ndlovu is a **** and rude manager how does not know how to deal with customer. HIGHLY disappointed . I want you to listen to the call between me and the "manager" and tell me is that the best way to deal with an irate and disappointed customer .
