Disappointed

Good day I am very disappointed in the service I got from Debonairs BluHills branch, I ordered pizza last night from I think Bongiwe or Siboniseni who took my order and provided me with an ETA of 45 min to 1 hour The driver called me after 1 hour advising that his bike broke down, as an understanding client I drove my car around 8PM to collect it from where he was stuck and even gave him a tip When I got home I called back and spoke to Thembalihle advising her what happened. I told her that I was unhappy getting to collect my pizza at night it even became cold while the poor delivery guy was waiting for assistance Thembelihle told me that there is nothing that she can do as they don’t deliver around where im situated /stay . That was new story to my ears. I asked why and how was my order arranged why was I given an ETA. Even the manager who was on duty failed to assist me. They made an excuse saying they don’t deliver to the complex im residing at but were quick to place an order for me. I really found them *********** to give those poor answers. An apology could have meant a lot. Debonairs Bluvalley stuff don’t value their clients
