Disappointed

U called debonairs in Atteridgeville to place an order today around 17:30 they told me my Pizza will be delivered in 30 to 45 mines, i called again after 1hr 30 minutes, they told me the couldn't process my order because their network was down, and no body bothered to let me know that their network is down. Ok they send me sms confirming that they recieved my order and it's being processed, order number is ***7, i waited for another 2 hrs and i called again and ask to speak to a manager, they told me i'm calling call center they will call the store and find out what happened to my order, i spoke to The who promised to call me back and never called me back. I don't understand why debonairs has an online option if they can't manage it. So disappointed
