Disappointed

I placed an order 13:47,the order was not delivered after several follows with the call center agent (Musa) the matter was not resolved the unfortunately part that I paid online and now it's 17:14 the order is not received there was no phone call from manager to apologize or explain the delay instead I am told that they are busy had so many orders and the driver won't come I am confused they have been delivering and now since is delayed delivery the excuse is that they deliver this side then why was the order accepted by store they had the choice to reject the order and refund the funds back to the account I have been waiting for pizza for 3 hours now, for a pizza delivery I very disappointed in service I will never offer from that store. I am the one following up on the order with own airtime I am so disappointed. Very poor service
