Disappointed

The worst ever, its really so irriating when u place an order and the only time u get assisted is when u complaint.. previously i laid a complaint because of the same poor service i reveice when placing an order.. i wanted more than an hour for my order and when i called Belhar to find out, i was advised that its outside their area and delivery time does not apply.. if that is the case why would ur consultants say it takes 35-60min for delivery.. i told ur manager that my order is only right when i request to speak to a manager which i feel ia bad client service cause any1 should be able to assist, Ur manager tell me that when i call again i must ask for a manager.. why must i do that?.. i can only hear ur manager does not have patience when speaking to clients and want to interrupt while speaking.. I myself is a business owner and you need to acknowledge when you employees are ***********.. This is the worst service and I will definitely never buy pizza from your belhar shop.. please train your people to deal with customers and how to assist a highly irate client because of incorrect information given.
