On the 27th may 2022, I placed an order on my debonairs app for Meaty triple decker R179.90 and Mexican Fiesta R71. 90, money was deducted from my account, after 30 minutes I went in to trace my order nothing was showing, o called the customer service to inquire, I was told my order is not showing, I asked why money was deducted, the consultant to me to wait while his trying to check, I waited for 3o minutes without any response, following day I went debonairs at bronkhorstspruit I was told the same thing that my order number is not showing but they will investigate n get back to me, they got back to lock a dispute on their system which I did and later I got an sms saying the dispute is finalized but I didn't get the money back
