Dirty environment and food

Debonairs Pizza at Boardwalk Port Elizabeth has the worst and untidiness ever. I ordered a pizza and I found a dirty mop at the back of the pizza, it was baked within the dough. I am disgusted as I do like pizza, and also the pizza is dry and not handled with the care we are promised, i am unhappy with the service and would want this issue to be addressed
