Digusting service

They deserve 000, not 5 Stars. I ordered and paid for pizza online, even paid the tip @12H34,the pizza only arrived at 14H55. During this whole waiting, I was calling the store to find out what was going on.The only thing I got was phone ringing, when they answer they transfer me to another nunber where it rings more and no answer or it gets dropped. They wasted my airtime and time. When I finally got the pizza 2h55 minutes later it is in bad shape, the filling falling off and the pizza was cold, then the delivery guy bribes me with a 1.5 lt coke. What a cheek. I'm disgusted at the service and the attitude of the people.
