Didnt receive my order

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience tonight. I waited 2-3 hours for my order (Order Number: *******), only for the driver to leave just as I was opening the gate. He didn’t wait even a minute, and I received no alert that my food had left the store not even a call to say he was outside.

I phoned the store to ask if I was still getting my order, and they said they’d call me once the driver returned. That call never came. I ended up going to bed hungry.

This level of service is unacceptable. A simple notification or courtesy call could’ve made all the difference.
