I called debonairs mamms mall to place an order and the guy did not ask which flavors of pizza do I want, even after giving him my number he did not bother to call to ask about the flavors but he continued to decide on his own to have a chicken Tikka and creamy chicken made for me. I called back to advise him that he did not ask me for the flavors I wanted and he apologized. I advised him that I want two creamy chicken's and he advised that he had asked them to prepare chicken Tikka, I told him I do not eat anything with chillie and he advised that my order will be updated with 2 creamy chickens but a chicken Tikka and creamy chicken was delivered. I cannot eat this chicken Tikka as it is too hot for me. Please advise on how to go about this, I have the call recordings. ***
