Desrespect, Poor Service and poor food
Yesterday I bought a small triple decker at Calton Centre around to 1 or past 1 in the afternoon, I was order #37 and I would say you will forever serve nonsense, the pizza had only 3 pieces off toppings the rest was just pizza base and source, it's clear that you are doing nothing to change your service, customers complain on your Facebook page, they complain on tiktok, they complain on hello Peter however you not changing the service and still do not give us quality food, Debonairs you desresoectful towards us(customers) and the business because you still serve such pizza, yet people complain daily, thought you would change I guess I was wrong

11 Aug 2023, 11:44A lady from debonairs calton called yesterday (10/08/2023) she tells me there are measurements taken for toppings, I don't and will not take that because other restaurants do state the grams on meat etc and you don't state it on the ads that you measure toppings why?

11 Aug 2023, 11:45The lady called yesterday (10/08/2023) at 10:30 and told me that they use a scale for toppings, told her that's a story I won't take, because she's the 1st to say that and it's not the 1at time reporting debonairs and it's not stated on the ads, she asked for pictures I told her to go on your Facebook page she will find the pictures and she must also ask you to forward her the pictures and she said she will call me back it's now over 24hrs and she had not called, i delieve debonairs did not close at 10:30 yesterday and I believe it's open now, why haven't I recieved any call I don't know, you still prove to be disrespectful because if you were respectful I would have been called and had resolution by now
