Despicable service

<p>On the 25th June we called d through to debonairs at 16:45 to order a pizza for delivery.We ordered from signet terrace and delivery was to be made to ext 11b.We call around 17:30 the second time to find out how long the food was going to take and we were told trade route was offline therefore the order will be a bit longer.Well we waited and kept calling back,wasting our airtime on illiterate people who either put us through to engaged numbers or kept us on hold for a illogical amount of time.To top it off at 19:00 we finally drove to debonairs and when we get there told our pizza has left,one of the cashiers knew who we were from calling constantly.We ordered a large triple decker WITH EXTRA CHEESE.We received a dry pizza with basically one piece of meat on,no extra cheese and maybe a teas**** sauce for a large pizza.Debonairs lenasia sucks big time!</p>
