Despicable service

<p>I placed an order online at 7:03pm and after not receiving it at 8:09pm, I called the number provided and spoke to "JT" who advised me that the store was understaffed and that my order was leaving the store and should be with me in the next 30 minutes. But to my surprise, at 8:41 still no order. I called and again spoke to "JT" and this time he advised he will check with the manager because it's showing that the food should be with me. He asked to call me back. After 10 minutes, I again called back and lucky for me, I spoke to "JT" again and he sang the same tune and again said that the food was leaving the store and should be with me before 9:30pm. He offered to transfer me to the manager even though he as per his words" he will probably tell me the same thing ". I asked to speak to a manager and after holding for 5 minutes for that, my line got cut. This is truly the worst service I've ever received and you can be sure that you have lost a customer in me and I will make it my point to spread the word</p>
