DEPLORABLE SERVICE FROM MOUNT EDGECOMBE

I called the Mt Edgecombe branch over 5 times to place my order on the 2 phone numbers on the menu. one line had been engaged the entire time whilst the other continued to ring and no one picked up.Eventually i decided to place the order online which was acknowledged within a few minutes indicating that my calls earlier were heard by someone but obviously ignored. Later,the delivery guy drove off without leaving behind my cooldrink that I paid for. I spent over 2 hours trying to contact the store because i did not receive something that i had paid for. I spent hours,instead of eating my meal only to be ignored once again as nobody picked up. Even Customer Care themselves was unable to reach the branch and manager. The next morning I contacted the manager once more and after displaying such arrogance, he felt that a coke,which was flat was enough to compensate for my wasted money, time, and the ignorance and poor service rendered by a branch he should be responsible for. This isn't the first time and i'm not the first person who has experienced such pathetic service quality from this branch. The ignorance and attitude the staff of this branch displays to their customers is insulting
