Department of health intervene

I don’t know if I’m reporting this at the correct place but I had Purchased a pizza on the 26 on November from Debonairs at one of its branches in Tembisa Tembi Mall triple decker cream chicken order number 375 check the at collections, but when I got home the pizza was cream chicken on top but meaty on the last base trying to remove the meaty base because I don’t eat pork this is what I found showing on the pictures it’s like plastic and has mold. my stomach is turning as I had already taken a few bite. God help me should I get food poison
