Denonairs bluedowns, very bad service

Appalling customer service. Firstly they got my order wrong and didnt even bother to call and let me know they dont have the specific drink i wanted nonetheless, I called to place an order with bluedowns denonairs, specifically asked the lady if it's possible to send the driver with change as I only had cash on me, driver got here with no change and also told me he is not going back to get change. I then called up explaining the situation and they dropped the call...called again...another lady who assisted, placed me on hold after taking my number and CONFIRMED the notes does say the driver must bring change...she also dropped the call while I was in hold...I had to borrow money into my bank acc to tap/pay for the order. I called again wanting to speak to complaints or manager...they answered my call, no one spoke and they just dropped the call again.
