Demeaning/unpologetic Behavior from Debonairs Staff

I have a victim of Debonairs Pizza's poor service, I am highly disappointment, I went online towards as I was craving the Debonairs triple decka pizza with etra cheese, I checked the trading hours at Debonairs Dobsonville Soweto, it read (closed - open 09h00), therefore I had to wait 20 min to then request a taxify from my neighbourhood 'Meadowdands', only to get there and be told in Zulu (akukavulwa, futhi akukazovulwa), meaning, we have opened yet and we not anywhere near opening, and mind you this was being said accompanied by laughter, the time being 09h08 approximately, and then I asked what time do you open the response being 10h30, I then suggested that they update their online trading hours if that is the case, they then carried on laughing saying they'll will notify the person in charge. Therefore please advise if Debonairs trading hours have changed, if not, please be advised that I am outrageously aggravated by the treatment of your staff and by the false information online which cost me a back and forth trying to make my way to Debonairs Pizza.
