Delivery ****ty service- Debonairs Chris hani Mall

I am utterly disgusted and appalled by debonair's pizza in chris hani mall,i ordered a pizza for the house full with kids at 16h30pm and i had to call deboniars to find out where the hell the pizza is 3 hours later.Mind you this is not the first time this is happening,thier line suddenly doesnt work and we have to customer care that makes me wait 5minutes on a call for assistance.Your service is **** and i will not order online ever again,might as well got to the shop and wait for service.The store called to say they are waiting for drivers.Why is that my problem.
