Incident took place today 28/11/2015....At 7:25 i made an online order and paid via credit card. at 8:00pm i called and was told the driver was on the way and should be at my house at any minute. Again at 8:20 i called and was told that the driver was close to the house. At 8:40 memory first tells me that the driver cant be found his phone is off, then 2 minutes while on the phone with her, she says that he is at the gate. Quiet confusing that a few minutes before his phone was off and when i start really complaining he pitches at the gate. This if the final time i ever utilise your brand....I am in customer service and such is *******! It is such service that spoils a good name for other franchises that can deliver to its customers.
