Delivery time more than 2h30 hours

Ordered 2 pizzas via mobile website on 24/4/2015 at 18h57. Normal time of delivery is 40 minutes later. I phoned an hour later and the shop confirmed that the driver just left with my order (20h11). Phoned again at 20h43. Lady at shop confirm she will phone me back in 5 to 10 minutes. She never phoned. Driver arrived at 21h45. I phoned the manager at the shop and complaint that I have been waiting for more than 2h30 hours. She confirmed that she told the staff to mention that the deliveries will be delayed by 2h30 and that the customers must remain patient. Funny enough because I told her just before that I have been waiting for more that 2h30 hour for my order. I told her that I am not prepared to pay for the order because I have been waiting so long. She insisted that if the indicator on the box are still red then I will have to pay. I disagreed and told her that I will not pay for the pizzas and told the driver to take the pizzas back. I am really disappointed in their service. This is the first time that I have experienced this type of service. Debonairs is always my first choice for pizzas. They should have at least inform the customers of any delays after ordering.
