Delivery time and service
Debonairs Phillip Nel, Pretoria West. I ordered a pizza on 10th of August 2019, the pizza took more than 1 and half hour to be delivered. The pizza was was stuck on top of the box and I even took a picture. It looked like they had placed something on the box. All the meat and sauces were on top of the box. To top it all I was charged R10 delivery and my home is 3,7 km from the restaurant. I'm am not happy with Debonairs Phillip Nel, cause it's not the first I have received such bad service. More than a month back I ordered pizza and it was delivered after 2 hours, I called the food outlet to trace the delivery. They were not responding. I ended going out to buy food. When the delivery guy arrived after 2 hours he said they were busy at the outlet. More than 1 hour of waiting for food is totally unacceptable.
