Delivery takes way too long
Made an online order at exactly 18:11pm and it is now 19:47..mind you I live less than 2minutes away from the branch I ordered from. Namely, Montclair branch in Durban. This is not the first time this has happened.. The last time we waited for over 2hours and ended up going to the branch to query the whereabouts of my order. Highly disappointed once again.
