Delivery takes 1hour and 5 min

Debonairs Elspark policies are they take 45 min max to deliver a pizza warm and after 1 hour and 5 min the pizza has still not arrive first call to place the order 18:34 and another call at 19:38 to follow up on delivery and their manager on duty excuse is they only have one speed point and argues that they never said it will take 45 min max. But my husband has a voice call record app on his phone that recorded the conversations. They still demand full payment after their policies on their boxes stickers says if the food arrives cold its free. Pathetic service... and management. This is not the first time we experience this with Debonairs Elspark. What is customer experience / service these days.... then the driver arrives at 19:56 and says that they have two speed points and this lies came from a manager.
