Delivery Short Falls ~ Hmmmm........

Never in my life have I experienced such shocking service. I ordered 3 x pizzas @17H30 Saturday 27th March 21. I received 2 x pizza's from Debonairs, Oakdene Branch when phoning to complain to the so-called "Manager" all he kept on saying on every call it will be there shortly, within the next 5 minutes (about 7 telephone calls). From 17H30, the 3rd pizza finally arrived at 20H25 (NEARLY 3 HOURS LATER), it was ice cold, hard, squashed and half the topping of the pizza on the roof top of the pizza box. SCARY thing is, after I had told several people of my shocking experience, a couple said, they had the exact same experience??? Short Delivery! Now I am thinking, this is more of a common occurrence than just an oversight and I am thinking, "Hmmmm, wonder where those short deliveries are landing up when people eventually just stop trying to get their short fall delivery ('Cos, it is made very difficult, trust me). Some food for thought here, I would think.
