Delivery Service Sucks
I bought a pizza from Neo Sebola online on the 09th June at 10:05 was told my delivery from Dube will take 45 minutes. I gave them the benefit of a doubt when my order took over 2 hours arriving. When the delivery guy gets to my house he throws my food and slip instead of apologising and reasoning....where is the level of Treating Costumers Fairly (TCF). When we as black people decide to support franchises in upmarket places we are told we do not support black businesses and get bashed on
This is not the first time it has happened by the same delivery guy and I've had it up to my eye ***** with the level of service we getting from Debonairs.
Romans Pizza must just franchise in soweto Nd have deliveries I bet their level of professionalism is way better because yours is honestly apoling.
