Delivery service - pathetic

<p>Saturday evening 7/5/2016 myself and my hubby decided to call in for pizza at the monte vista branch in cape town as we stay in goodwood. after ordering about 25 minutes after that i received a call rom the driver he said he was outside my apartment etc and i told him he cant be as i cant find him anywhere. So i as the customer had to explain and give directions where exactly we live. anyways after that i got another phone call - this guy was soo lost. as a customer this really ****es me off. so my husband had to get in the car and drive to the delivery guy and collect our food along with that the driver just claiming R20 tip from us?????? Which infact he didnt deserve at all. infact our food arrived cold!!! this too was horrible. Honestly if i had know this woudl happen i would have driven to debonairs myself but ihad no idea your deliveyr service was soo pathetic that the drivers are not prepared when they need to get on the roads to deliver foods. surely they search on a map or some sort way before leaving the shops??? anyhow this is not the first time it has happend to me, infact it happened to me wiuth dominos pizza but was shocked to know that debonairs is just as bad .</p> <p>really not impressed and as for the cold food thanks but not again</p>
