Delivery of Pizza

So on Sunday we ordered a Pizza online from debonair Avonwood square and after paying online, we then called the store to ask the estimated time of delivery. The driver was put on the phone as directions was being explained to him the call dropped. We called back and when asked why the call dropped the driver rudely said that he does not deliver in our area. We then advised whether they can communicate with another branch to deliver our pizza as we did not know, & seeing that we had already paid online. The driver point blank refused to bring us our pizza. The driver was insisting that he would be risking his life coming to our area and that he has children and a family. After insisting that the manager( Nash Mfengu) be put on the phone, she to agreed that they could not bring us our pizza. This was a 1h and 30minutes back and forth conversation on my airtime trying to get our pizza that we had paid for! This was the worst service received. The called kept being dropped. After realizing 30min later that we would not be getting our pizza delivered, Nash called to say that they will be sending another driver eventually! I am so ****ed!!!! To add the pizza received sucked!
