DELIVERY OF ORDER 4 HOURS LATE

On Friday the 27/08/21 I placed a online order with Debonairs Montclair branch for an Hawiaan pizza at 1644B, at 1750B I contacted the branch on *** and was told they are busy so deliveries are slightly delayed. By 1830B now 2hrs later I contacted them again and was told by the operator they will investigate, by 1930B now 3 hours after placing my order still no pizza . I went into the branch and was told my pizza was out on delivery by 2050B now 4 hours later I called home to find out if the pizza arrived still no pizza. At 2100B I received a call from the manager stating they were busy and missed some orders mine been one f them in my eyes no excuse. I received my pizza ay 2115B. When I called to inform them the pizza was cold I want a refund the manager only said he apologizes and he can't refund me due to the order being 4Hrs late
